- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I had the option to give you no stars I would. These people are completely incompetent. They failed to accurately do their job then claimed we weren't making payments. Funny when we were with progressive 10 years and never had one late payment. They claimed we owe $1100 making it hard to find other insurance. luckily progressive took us back because of out excellent record with them. I've reported this "business" to the better business bureau. STAY AWAY!! THEY WILL EITHER INTENTIONALLY SCREW YOU OVER OR ACCIDENTLY SCREW YOU OVER BECAUSE THEY ARE TO DUMB TO DO THEIR JOB! we are also contacting our lawyer.October 19, 2017by Sara Richards
